摘要
融合了线上线下场景的混合式教学兼具传统教学与网络教学的优势,打破了时空限制,有助于增强师生互动以及提升学生自主式与个性化学习,但教学实施中易出现"供需不平衡"的问题,在会展专业混合式教学中采用动态管理模式,基于内外部信息收集反馈教学、完善课程设计,使会展教育教学适应时代发展与学生需求。
B-Learning,which integrates online and offline scenes and has the advantages of traditional teaching and network teaching,breaks the space-time constraints,helps to enhance the interaction between teachers and students,improve learning ability and personalized learning,but it is also prone to the problem of“imbalance between supply and demand”in the teaching process.The dynamic management mode is adopted in B-Learning of MICE management major,and improves the curriculum design based on the internal and external information collection and feedback,so as to make education and teaching adapt to the time generation development and students’needs.
