新闻分发算法的黑箱问题及对策

The Black Box Problem of News Distribution Algorithmic and its Countermeasures

随着新闻业的智能化转向,算法黑箱问题日益凸显。从算法自身的特性、公众的技术素养、环境因素等三个方面剖析算法透明理念何以陷入困境,指出新闻分发算法黑箱问题难以破解。基于广义的算法概念重新审视新闻分发算法,发现造成种种现实问题的根本原因并不在于黑箱问题本身,而在于唯利是图的算法价值观。由此提出建立算法伦理规范以应对黑箱问题,并给出具体建议。

With the turn of artificial intelligence in journalism,the algorithmic black box problem has become increasingly prominent.It analyzed the dilemma of the algorithm transparency concept in this paper from the characteristics of the algorithm itself,the public’s technical literacy,and environmental factors,and pointed out that the black box problem of news distribution algorithms is difficult to resolve.Basing on the broad definition concept of algorithm,the news distribution algorithm has been re-examined,and it found that the root of various practical problems is not the black box problem,but the algorithm values based on profit.The algorithmic ethics code should be established to deal with the black box problem,and some specific construction paths have been proposed in this paper.
