New Ways of Training Talents for the Intangible Cultural Heritage-based CreativeIndustry in Anhui Province from the Perspective of the Cultural Industry Innovation

在文化产业创新视角下,以安徽省非物质文化遗产为基础,探索非遗文化创意产业人才培养的新路径。应用文献法、实地考察法、专家研讨会等方法进行资料的收集与整理,对安徽省非遗文化创意产业人才培养新路径进行探讨。在传承与创新安徽省非遗文化基础上,建立与完善人文、艺术、技术并重的复合型性非遗人才培养机制。

Based on the intangible cultural heritage in Anhui province,it discussed new ways in this paper of training talents for the Intangible Cultural Heritage-based creative industry from the perspective of the creative cultural industry innovation.To probe more fully into new ways of training talents for the Intangible Cultural Heritage-based creative industry,it undertook multiple methods in compiling relevant information,such as citations of documents,field trips,and expert seminars.Specifically,the paper describes the mechanism of training interdisciplinary talents supporting both humanities,arts,and technologies while making innovation and inheriting intangible cultural heritage in Anhui province.
