摘要
聚碳酸酯(PC)在中国有巨大的市场需求,产品又有技术高附加值,在国内外资本技术和国内政策的推动下,规划、新建与扩建的项目密集上马。中国市场2020年PC产能略低于需求,但预估到2025年产能将比需求高出19%,产能过剩在未来将日益突出,但高端产品结构性短缺的局面仍有空间待弥补。各PC生产企业迫切需要改进生产工艺,提高产品的各种性能,满足高端客户的要求,这成为一个很有意义的研究课题。分析PC四种生产工艺,即溶液光气法、界面缩聚法、酯交换法、非光气法,并研究相关的工艺进展情况,对我国PC产品结构性具有指导意义,对企业的进一步扩大规模,降低成本,提升技术水平,加大研发高性能具有积极意义。
Polycarbonate(PC)has a huge market demand in China,and its products have high added value of technology.Driven by domestic and foreign capital technology and domestic policies,the projects of planning,new construction and expansion are launched intensively.China’s PC capacity in 2020 will be slightly lower than the demand,but it is estimated that by 2025,the capacity will be 19%higher than the demand.Overcapacity will become increasingly prominent in the future,but there is still room for the structural shortage of high-end products to be made up.PC manufacturers urgently need to improve the production process,improve the performance of products,to meet the requirements of high-end customers,which has become a very meaningful research topic.This paper analyzes four kinds of PC production process,namely:solution phosgene method,interface polycondensation method,transesterification method,non phosgene method,and studies the related process progress,which has guiding significance for the structure of China's PC products,and has positive significance for enterprises to further expand the scale,reduce costs,improve technical level,and increase research and development of high performance.
