PEEK的注塑成型工艺及其性能研究

Study on Injection Molding Process and Properties of PEEK

采用YX-IVA注塑机,研究PEEK粒状物(威格斯PEEK 90G和长春吉大PEEK 085G)的注塑条件,确定了两种材料的注塑温度、压力和加热时间主要注塑条件。同时采用ISO 20795.1:2013中规定的测试方法,对上述两个型号的挠曲强度与模量、冲击强度以及挠曲性能进行测试。结果显示:两种型号的PEEK的性能均高于ISO20795.1:2013以及ASTM F 2026—17中规定的要求。均可用于牙科如基托、冠桥和种植体等修复体的制备。

By using yx-iva injection molding machine,the injection conditions of PEEK particles(wiggs peek 90g and Changchun Jida peek 085g)were studied,and the injection temperature,pressure and heating time of the two materials were determined.At the same time,the flexural strength and modulus,impact strength and flexural performance of the above two models were tested by the test method specified in ISO 20795.1:2013.The results show that the above properties of the two types of PEEK are higher than those specified in ISO 20795.1-2013 and ASTM F 2026-17.It can be used in the preparation of dental restorations such as base,crown,bridge and implant.
