Analysis on Influencing Factors of TVOC Content Test Results of Automotive Interior Nonmetallic Materials

随着经济的飞速发展,人们消费水平的提高,消费者对于汽车品质的要求也越来越高,不仅要求汽车性能安全可靠,更关注车内空气质量舒适、绿色、健康、环保。人们在购买汽车时也更看重汽车非金属内饰件有机物低挥发性低毒性的散发,因此非金属内饰件材料的总挥发性有机物(TVOC)检测也日趋重要。从近几年实验室间TVOC检测比对和DRRR能力验证活动出发,对影响其检测结果的因素展开分析和总结,确保TVOC检测结果可靠稳定以及结果一致。

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s consumption level,consumers have higher requirements for automobile quality,which not only requires the safety and reliability of automobile performance,but also pays more attention to the comfort,green,health and environmental protection of the air quality in the car.People also pay more attention to the emission of low volatility and low toxicity of organic compounds from non-metallic interior parts when they buy cars,so the detection of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)of non-metallic interior materials is becoming increasingly important.Based on the activities of TVOC test comparison and drrr proficiency testing between laboratories in recent years,the author analyzes and summarizes the factors influencing the test results,so as to ensure the reliability,stability and consistency of TVOC test results.
