摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定面膜中可能添加荧光增白剂CXT的方法。试样用乙醇-水(体积比为1∶2)溶液做提取剂,30℃条件下超声提取20min;高效液相色谱条件,Agilent 300SB-C18色谱柱分离荧光增白剂CXT,流速0.8mL/min,流动相为乙腈/水,标准曲线线性关系0.998,检出限、精密度、定量限及加标回收率等方法学实验数据均符合要求,方法简单,重现性好。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of fluorescent whitening agent CXT in masks was established.By ethanol-water(v/v=1/2)solutions for 20min at 30℃;The HPLC method was performed on a column of Agilent 300SB-C18 by elution using acetonitrile-water and the flow rate is 0.8mL/min.The linear relationship of standard curve was 0.998,the limit of detection,precision,limit of quantitation and recovery of standard addition met the requirements.The method is simple,reproducible and can meet the requirements.
