现阶段,国内环境噪声问题得到政府与广大市民群体的高度重视,国家相关部门也陆续修订并颁发了相关的噪声标准。为精确测评厂界环境噪声,将噪声测量不确定度引入其中。历经推导与测算过程,获得该法测评厂界环境噪声的拓展不确定度,以更精确地评估环境噪声程度,进而为编制治理方案提供更可靠的数据支持。

At present,the domestic environmental noise problem has been paid great attention by the government and the public.The relevant national departments have also revised and issued relevant noise standards.In order to accurately evaluate the noise in the factory boundary,the uncertainty of noise measurement is introduced into it.Through the derivation and calculation process,the uncertainty of the method to evaluate the environmental noise in the factory boundary is obtained.We hope to evaluate the noise level more accurately,and provide more reliable data support for the preparation of governance plan.
