电厂布袋除尘器布袋差压高及布袋破损研究 被引量:1

摘要 布袋除尘器运行中布袋差压出现上升的现象,且高于布袋除尘器设计值。通过对运行参数及抽检布袋情况进行分析,认为布袋表面因各种因素发生板结现象,布袋反吹清灰系统无法将布袋表面板结的积灰清理干净。在机组正常运行时,布袋除尘器单仓隔离反吹期间除尘器出口粉尘波动较大。通过布袋除尘器单仓隔离检修或机组停机检修期间发现,认为布袋因各种因素发生破损现象。针对除尘器差压高的情况,从运行调整、检修工艺等方面入手,使得布袋差压降到合理范围内,保证了机组的安全运行。针对除尘器出口粉尘波动大,从系统反吹压力、检修安装工艺等入手,使得布袋破损事件降低,保证了机组环保参数达标排放。 The phenomenon of bag differential pressure rising in the operation of bag filter is higher than the design value of bag filter.Based on the analysis of operating parameters and the situation of sampling the bag、it is concluded that thr surface of the bag is consolidated due to various factors、and the bag back-biowing ash removal system cannot clean up the cemented dust on the bag surface.2.During the normal operation of the unit、the dust at the outlet of the dust collector fluctuates greatly during the isolation back blowing of single silo of the cioth dust collector.It is found that the bag is damaged due to various factors during the isolation maintenance of single silo of the bag filter or during the downtime maintenance of the unit.1.According tothe situation of high differential pressure of the dust collector、starting form the aspects of operation adjustment and overhaul technology、the differential pressure of the bag is reduced to a reasonable range、effectively ensuring the safe operation of the unit.2.In view of the large fiuctuation of dust at the outlet of the dust collector、starting with the system back-biowing pressure、maintenance and installation technology、etc.the bag breakage event is reduced、effectively ensuring that the environmental parameters of the unit reach the standard emissions.
