摘要
长岭分公司两套硫黄回收装置于2017年采用齐鲁研究院LS-DeGAS成套技术按中石化内控指标进行了提标改造,装置运行后,不能满足湖南省特别限值排放的标准.结合两套硫黄尾气SO2排放的现状,针对性地分析了装置存在的问题;通过优化工艺操作参数及相应技术改造,达到了湖南省硫黄回收装置尾气中SO2排放浓度(≯100mg/m^(3))新标准。
The two sets of sulfur recovery equipment of Changling Branch were upgraded in 2017 using the Qilu Research Institute LS-DeGAS complete set of technology according to Sinopec’s internal control indicators.After the equipment is in operation,it cannot meet the special limit emission standards of Hunan Province.The article combines Two sets of sulfur tail gas SO2 emission status,targeted analysis of the problems existing in the device;through optimizing process operating parameters and corresponding technical transformation,the SO2 emission concentration(≯100mg/m^(3))new standard of sulfur recovery device tail gas in Hunan Province has been reached.
