开展家庭医生签约服务与建立固定诊疗关系的分析

家庭医生签约服务是在家庭医生责任制背景下提出的一种新型诊疗制度,指的是全科医生通过上门开展签约服务的方式创建健康档案,联合梯度就诊来确立一种固定的诊疗管理。家庭医生签约服务模式属于一种新型医疗模式,按照社区居民和卫生服务中心的关系可分为3类,包含有管理、关怀、服务,针对不同类型的患者来制定相应的内容。另外,还需要将医师的服务质量和家庭医生的所得报酬相挂钩,刺激其服务积极性。该研究特对家庭医生签约服务模式进行分析,探究建立固定诊疗关系的相关进展。

Family doctor contract service is a new type of diagnosis and treatment system proposed under the background of family doctor responsibility system,which refers to the establishment of a fixed diagnosis and treatment by general practitioners through the way of contracting services on-site to create health records and joint gradient visits management.The contracted service model of family doctors is a new type of medical care model,which can be divided into three categories according to the relationship between community residents and health service centers,including management,care and service,and formulating corresponding content for different types of patients.In addition,it is necessary to link the service quality of doctors with the remuneration of family doctors to stimulate their enthusiasm for service.This study specifically analyzes the contracted service model of family doctors and explores the relevant progress in establishing a fixed diagnosis and treatment relationship.
