西药房高危药品的管理与用药安全探讨

Discussion on the Management of High-risk Drugs and Drug Safety in Western Pharmacies

目的探究西药房高危药品实施有效管理对用药安全产生的影响。方法在2018年2月该院开始对200种西药房高危药品实施安全管理,分析西药房高危药品实施有效管理对用药安全产生的影响,并对安全管理实施前(2017年2月-2018年1月)和安全管理实施后(2018年2月-2019年1月)管理满意度、不良事件发生情况进行对比分析。结果与安全管理实施前(73.81%)相比,实施后管理满意度(97.62%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且管理措施实施后不良事件发生率(5.50%)低于管理措施实施前(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对西药房高危药品的有效管理,能够有效提高管理满意度,使药房不良事件发生率降低,有效保证了临床用药安全。

Objective To explore the impact of effective management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies on drug safety.Methods In February 2018,the hospital began to implement safety management on 200 high-risk drugs in western pharmacies,analyzed the impact of effective management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies on drug safety,and before the safety management was performed(from February 2017 to January 2018)and after the implementation of safety management(from February 2018 to January 2019)of management satisfaction and adverse events were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the safety management before the implementation(73.81%),the management satisfaction(97.62%)after the implementation was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the adverse event rate(5.50%)after the implementation of the management measures was lower than before the implementation of the management measures(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the effective management of high-risk drugs in western pharmacies can effectively improve management satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events in pharmacies,and effectively ensure the safety of clinical medication.
