强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Strengthening the Quality Management of Immunoassays on the Accuracy of Clinical Immunoassays

目的探讨强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响效果。方法选取在2018年11月-2019年11月来该院进行临床免疫检验的样本80例作为研究对象,结合患者检验的先后顺序将样本平均分为研究组和参照组,各40例。参照组采用常规质量管理,研究组采用强化免疫检验质量管理。分析比较两组患者的管理质量优良率、样本变异指数及两种检验方法的准确率,并得出实验结论。结果两组检验样本的管理质量优良率比较,研究组的95%明显优于参照组80%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);两种样本变异指数,包括甲状腺功能检测变异指数、胰岛素抗体变异指数、胰岛素变异指数和甲胎蛋白变异指数,研究组明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.656、20.346、15.493、32.757,P<0.05);两种检验方法的准确率,包括HbsAB、HbsAg、HbcAb、HbeAg,研究组的免疫检验正确率明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.333、4.505、4.507、6.274,P<0.05)。结论强化免疫检验质量管理能够提高临床免疫检验的质量,使临床免疫检验的准确率也得到提高,降低了变异的指数,提高了管理质量,为临床治疗提供更加准确的治疗依据,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening the quality management of immunoassays on the accuracy of clinical immunoassays.Methods Selected 80 samples from the hospital for clinical immunoassay from November 2018 to November 2019 as the research objects.Combining the sequence of these patients’tests,the samples were divided into the study group and the reference group evenly,each with 40 cases.The reference group adopted routine quality management,and the study group adopted enhanced immune inspection quality management.Analyzed and compared the good management quality rate,sample variation index and the accuracy rate of the two test methods of the two groups of test sample,and draw experimental conclusions.Results Comparison of the excellent and good rate of management quality of the two groups of test sample,95%of the study group was significantly better than 80%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);the sample variation index of the two patients,including thyroid function detection of variation index,insulin antibody variation index,insulin variation index and alpha-fetoprotein variation index,the study group was significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.656,20.346,15.493,32.757,P<0.05);the accuracy of the two test methods,including HbsAB,HbsAg,HbcAb,and HbeAg,the correct rate of the immune test of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.333,4.505,4.507,6.274,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality management of immunoassays can improve the quality of clinical immunoassays,improve the accuracy of clinical immunoassays,reduce the index of variation,improve the quality of management,and provide more accurate treatment basis for clinical treatment.It has clinical promotion value.
