乙脑传播媒介蚊虫调查及其病原检测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病例可能的传播媒介蚊虫类型,对比三种常用的蚊虫监测法的应用效果,以期为乙脑防治方案的制定提供更可靠依据。方法2017年8月10~13日期间该部门使用人工小时法、人帐法、灯诱法捕获不同生态环境(城区、稻田、畜禽舍、住户)中的蚊虫,在规划类别后计算数目,前往实验室准备分离病毒。结果以上三种方法在4种环境中共计捕获4500只成蚊(4属6种),优势蚊种是三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊。对不同生存环境内捕获的蚊虫数目分析,发现畜禽舍数目最多,稻田与城区次之,住户中最少;人工小时法、人帐法、灯诱法各自捕获蚊虫所占比例依次为58.09%、29.93%、11.98%;两种优势蚊种叮刺高峰通常是在日落后1~1.5 h,持续时间为0.5 h左右。结论三带喙库蚊考虑为该次调查区域乙脑的主要传播媒介,应加强蚊虫种类与数目监测,进而更有效地防控乙脑。 Objective To investigate the possible vector mosquito types of Japanese encephalitis(Japanese encephalitis)cases,to compare the application effects of three commonly used mosquito monitoring methods,in order to provide a more reliable basis for the formulation of Japanese encephalitis prevention and control programs.Methods During August 10-13,2017,the department used man-hours,human tents,and lamp traps to capture mosquitoes in different ecological environments(urban areas,rice fields,livestock and poultry houses,and households).The number was calculated after the planning category.Go to the laboratory to prepare to isolate the virus.Results The above three methods captured a total of 4500 adult mosquitoes(4 genera and 6 species)in 4 environments.The dominant mosquito species were Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pallens.Analysis of the number of mosquitoes caught in different living environments found that the number of livestock and poultry houses was the largest,followed by rice fields and urban areas,and the least among households.The proportions of man-hours,human tents,and lamp traps were 58.09%and 29.93%,11.98%;the peak of the two dominant mosquito species was usually 1~1.5 h after sunset,and the duration was about 0.5 h.Conclusion Considered the culex tritaeniorhynchus as the main transmission vector of Japanese encephalitis in this survey area.Monitoring of mosquito species and number should be strengthened to prevent and control Japanese encephalitis more effectively.
