郴州市某三甲医院2015-2019年住院患者死亡情况分析

Analysis of Deaths of Inpatients in a Third-class Hospital in Chenzhou from 2015 to 2019

目的分析郴州市某三甲医院2015-2019年住院患者死亡情况。方法通过电子病历系统搜集郴州市某三甲医院2015-2019年住院患者死亡病例的性别、年龄、死因、死亡时间情况。结果2015-2019年该院死亡共737例,病死率为0.13%,呈逐年下降趋势;其中男517例,女221例;80~90岁年龄组病死率最高(0.32%),不同月份间病死率比较无显著差异,死亡病种前3位分别是循环系统疾病、损伤或中毒、肿瘤。结论明确住院患者的死亡病因、分布特点,为医院疾病防治、医疗管理提供借鉴经验。

Objective To analyze the deaths of inpatients in a third-class hospital in Chenzhou from 2015 to 2019.Methods Collected the sex,age,cause of death,and time of death of the death cases of hospitalized patients in a tertiary hospital in Chenzhou from 2015 to 2019 through the electronic medical record system.Results From 2015 to 2019,there were a total of 737 deaths in this hospital,with a mortality rate of 0.13%,showing a downward trend year by year;among them,517 were males and 221 were females;the 80-90 years old age group had the highest mortality rate(0.32%),there was no significant difference in mortality between different months.The top 3 deaths were circulatory system diseases,injuries or poisonings,and tumors.Conclusion To clarify the causes and distribution characteristics of deaths of hospitalized patients,and to provide reference experience for hospital disease prevention and medical management.
