摘要
核电站内单一的火灾事故不会导致核电站用于安全停堆的A,B列同时失效是我国二代及以上堆型机组的安全要求。利用Fire Dynamics Simulator(FDS)对某第二代核电站的燃料厂房电缆桥架房间进行三维建模和模拟,计算分析了电缆火灾的动态演变过程及其安全后果。计算结果表明,部分A列电缆燃烧会导致其余A列电缆以及部分B列电缆在120 s内被引燃,导致A,B列同时失效,因此该区域存在火灾共模风险。建议设置实体防火屏障,以避免电缆火灾导致更为严重的火灾事故。
That a single fire accident in a nuclear power plant will not lead to the simultaneous failure of both A and B trains used for safe shutdown of a nuclear power plant is the safety requirement for the country’s nuclear power plants of 2nd generation reactor types and above.This article uses Fire Dynamics Simulator(FDS)to perform 3-D modeling and dynamic simulation of the cable tray room in the fuel building of a 2nd generation nuclear power plant,and analyze the dynamic evolution process of cable fire and its safety consequences.The calculation results show that the burning of partial cables of A train will cause the remaining cables of A train and some cables of B train to be ignited within 120 s,causing simultaneous failure of both trains,therefore there exists a common mode fire risk in this area.It is recommended to set up a physical fire barrier to prevent cable fire from causing more serious fire accidents.
