窄谱强脉冲光+点阵CO_(2)激光治疗增生性瘢痕临床效果及预后分析

Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis Analysis of Narrow-spectrum Intense Pulsed Light+Fractional CO_(2) Laser in Treatment of Hypertrophic Scar

目的:分析窄谱强脉冲光+点阵CO_(2)激光治疗增生性瘢痕临床效果及预后。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年7月在笔者所在医院治疗的162例增生性瘢痕患者,按随机法分成两组,参照组81例给予窄谱强脉冲光治疗,观察组81例给予窄谱强脉冲光+点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,对比两组疗效、VSS评分及瘙痒评分情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.30%)高于参照组(85.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项VSS评分及总分、各项瘙痒评分及总分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱强脉冲光+点阵CO_(2)激光治疗增生性瘢痕患者,能对瘢痕情况有效修复,降低瘙痒的程度,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light+fractional CO_(2) laser in treatment of hypertrophic scars.Method:A total of 162 hyperplastic scar patients treated in the author’s hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,81 cases in the reference group were treated with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light therapy,and 81 cases in the observation group were treated with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light+fractional CO_(2) laser therapy.The efficacy,VSS score and pruritus score of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.30%)was higher than that in the reference group(85.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores and total score,pruritus scores and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light+fractional CO_(2) laser in treatment of hypertrophic scar patients can effectively repair the scar,reduce the degree of itching,and have a significant clinical effect.
