气道管理联合体位指导对呼吸机治疗患者应对方式的影响

Effect of Airway Management Combined with Body Position Guidance on Coping Style of Patients with Ventilator Treatment

目的:探讨气道管理联合体位指导在ICU呼吸机治疗中的应用效果及对社会应对方式的影响。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年6月ICU呼吸机治疗患者60例为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用气道管理联合体位指导,护理2周后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组知识掌握度、社会应对方式、并发症及满意度。结果:观察组护理2周后,呼吸机护理管理、手卫生操作、微生物标本留取、并发症预防、报警处理知识掌握度均高于对照组;社会应对方式中,面对维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);回避及屈服维度评分低于对照组;呼吸机相关性肺炎、肺部感染及肺不张发生率低于对照组;护理内容、服务态度及护患沟通满意度高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气道管理联合体位指导用于ICU呼吸机治疗患者中能提高患者知识掌握度,提升患者社会应对方式,降低并发症发生率,获得较高的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of airway management combined with position guidance in ventilator treatment in ICU and its influence on social coping style.Method:A total of 60 patients with ventilator treatment in ICU from July 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given airway management combined with body position guidance on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of nursing,the effect of patients was evaluated,and the knowledge mastery,social coping style,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The knowledge of ventilator nursing management,hand hygiene operation,microorganism specimen retention,complication prevention and alarm treatment in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group at 2 weeks after nursing(P<0.05).The face score in social coping style of observation group was higher than that of control group at 2 weeks after nursing(P<0.05),the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,pulmonary infection and atelectasis in observation group were lower than those in control group 2 weeks after nursing(P<0.05).The content of nursing,service attitude and satisfaction of communication between nurse and patient were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Airway management combined with guidance in ICU ventilator treatment can improve patients’knowledge mastery,improve patients’social coping style,reduce the incidence of complications,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
