陪伴式情感护理对精神分裂症患者BPRS、SANS评分及护理满意度的影响

Influence of Accompanying Emotional Nursing on BPRS,SANS Score and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨陪伴式情感护理在精神分裂症患者中对BPRS、SANS评分及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月因精神分裂症来本院接受治疗的104例患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各52例。对照组进行常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上进行陪伴式情感护理。比较两组简明精神量表(BPRS)及阴性症状量表(SANS)评分、干预前后生活质量状况及护理满意度情况。结果:干预后,研究组BPRS及SANS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者采用陪伴式情感护理,能够促使其精神症状得到显著改善,提升其生活质量水平,患者满意度较高,利于临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of accompanying emotional nursing on BPRS,SANS score and nursing satisfaction in patients with schizophrenic.Method:A total of 104 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received accompanying emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The brief psychiatric rating scale,negative symptom scale(SANS)scores,quality of life before and after the intervention and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of BPRS and SANS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of accompanying emotional nursing for patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve their mental symptoms,improve their quality of life,and patients’satisfaction is high,which is conducive to clinical application.
