阴道镜联合利普刀治疗子宫颈病变的效果

Effect of Colposcopy Combined with LEEP Knife in the Treatment of Cervical Lesions

目的:探讨阴道镜联合利普刀在子宫颈病变中的治疗效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月在本院就诊的150例子宫颈病变患者,按照治疗方案分为对照组(常规利普刀治疗,75例)与观察组(阴道镜联合利普刀治疗,75例),对比两组手术效果。结果:观察组手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道排液时间及创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率及治疗总有效率分别为32.0%、98.7%,明显高于对照组的17.3%、90.7%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及复发率分别为5.3%、2.7%,低于对照组的16.0%、13.2%(P<0.05)。结论:将阴道镜联合利普刀应用于子宫颈病变患者的临床治疗中,可显著改善其术中及术后指标,同时降低其复发风险,对其整体疗效及预后效果的提高均具有重要的意义。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical lesions.Method:A total of 150 cases of cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional LEEP knife treatment,75 cases)and the observation group(colposcopy combined with LEEP knife treatment,75 cases)according to the treatment schemes.Compared the operation effect of the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the vaginal drainage time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 32.0%and 98.7%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 17.3%and 90.7%of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were 5.3%and 2.7%,respectively,which were lower than 16.0%and 13.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colposcopy combined with LEEP knife in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical lesions,can significantly improve their intraoperative and postoperative indicators,while reducing the risk of recurrence,which is of great significance to improve the overall efficacy and prognosis.
