老年精神分裂症患者攻击行为的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Aggressive Behavior in Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨老年精神分裂症患者攻击行为的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年5月-2020年12月本院收治的60例老年精神分裂症患者临床资料。统计患者基线资料,经单因素和多因素分析老年精神分裂症患者攻击行为的影响因素。结果:60例老年精神分裂症患者,发生攻击行为18例,占比30.00%;未发生攻击行为患者42例,占比70.00%;发生攻击行为患者中存在入院前攻击行为占比、童年创伤问卷(CTQ)评分较未发生攻击行为患者高,社会支持量表(SSRS)评分较未发生攻击行为患者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,存在入院前攻击行为、CTQ评分高、SSRS评分低是老年精神分裂症患者发生攻击行为的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:存在入院前攻击行为、童年创伤水平高、社会支持水平低是老年精神分裂症患者发生攻击行为的影响因素。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Method:The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The baseline data of the patients were statistically analyzed,and the influencing factors of aggressive behavior were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Result:A total of 60 elderly patients with schizophrenia,18 cases of aggressive behavior,accounting for 30.00%;42 patients without aggressive behavior,accounting for 70.00%;the proportion of patients with aggressive behavior before admission,childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ)score was higher than that of patients without aggressive behavior,social support scale(SSRs)score was lower than that of patients without aggressive behavior,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that aggressive behavior before admission,high CTQ score and low SSRs score were the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in elderly patients with schizophrenia(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Aggressive behavior before admission,high level of childhood trauma and low level of social support are the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in elderly patients with schizophrenia.
