基于DIP技术的人工砂粒形特征研究

摘要 为研究不同岩性人工砂的粒形特征及评价标准,采用DIP(Digital Image Processing)技术定量分析了不同种类砂的粒形参数。结果表明:各类砂不同粒级粒形参数与粒径大小无关;人工砂的分形维数较天然砂高0.7%~3.1%;同一加工系统中,人工砂岩性对其粒形特征有影响;玄武岩人工砂呈针棒状,表面粗糙;天然砂浑圆,光滑程度高;灰岩和花岗岩人工砂粒形相似,参数分布介于天然砂及玄武岩人工砂之间。提出了综合反映人工砂针片状含量和棱角性的三个表征参数:片状含量、针状含量、圆形度比;并规定了人工砂针状含量不宜超过30%,圆形度比Dr0.8≥60%,圆形度比Dr0.7≥90%,圆形度比Dr0.6≥95%,圆形度比Dr 0.6≥100%的指标要求。 In order to study the particle shape characteristics and evaluation criteria of different lithological artificial sands,the DIP(Digital Image Processing)technology was used to quantitatively analyze the particle shape parameters of different types of sand.The results show that the particle shape parameters of various types of sand have nothing to do with particle size.The lithology of manufactured sand has an effect on its particle shape.The fractal dimension of the manufactured sand is 0.7%to 3.1%higher than that of natural sand.The basalt manufactured sand is in the form of needles and rods,with a rough surface.Natural sand is round and smooth.The shape of limestone and granite manufactured sand is similar,and the parameter distribution is between natural sand and basalt artificial sand.Three characteristic parameters that comprehensively reflect the needle flake content and roughness of artificial sand are proposed,flake content,needle content,and circularity ratio,and it is stipulated that the needle content of artificial sand should not exceed 30%,and the circularity ratio Dr 0.8≥60%,circularity ratio Dr 0.7≥90%,circularity ratio Dr 0.6≥95%,circularity ratio Dr0.6≥100%.
