摘要
对铸造车间内采用侧壁回风整体除尘系统的打磨间的气流组织与污染物的扩散分布进行了模拟与分析,直观的反映出打磨区污染物的风场、温度场与污染物扩散情况,并证明了该系统对于控制含尘气体扩散、降低人员工作区粉尘浓度有很好的效果,证明了该方法的实用性。
In this paper,the airflow organization and the diffusion distribution of pollutants in the grinding room integral dust removal system with side-wall return air in the casting workshop were simulated and analyzed,which intuitively reflected the wind field,temperature field and pollutant diffusion of the pollutants in the grinding area.It was proved that the system had good effect on controlling the diffusion of dust-containing gases and reducing the dust concentration in the working area of personnel,which proved the practicability of the method.
