新形势下城乡规划专业产教融合培养模式初探

On the training mode of industry education integration of urban and rural planning major in the new situation

新时代国土空间规划对于城乡规划专业的人才培养提出了新的要求,基于产教融合培养模式,来探讨如何提升高等院校城乡规划专业人才培养。通过总结分析国土空间规划实践,对于城乡规划专业人才生态文明观、多规协作能力等方面提出的需求,深入探讨当前城乡规划专业产教融合培养过程中的原目标定位与新时代要求错位、课程体系难以适应新要求、产教融合平台联动性不足等问题,提出新时代城乡规划专业人才"创新能力""实践能力"和"协作能力"的培养模式,以期探索为当前培养更加适应社会需求的人才,更好地服务于国土空间规划。

The new era of land and space planning puts forward new requirements for the training of urban and rural planning talents.Based on the integration mode of production and education of urban and rural planning specialty,this paper discusses how to improve the training of urban and rural planning talents in colleges and universities.Through the summary and analysis of land and space planning practice,for urban and rural planning professionals ecological civilization view,multi planning cooperation ability and other aspects of the demand,and in-depth analysis of the current urban and rural planning professional production and education integration training process of the original target positioning and the requirements of the new era dislocation,curriculum system is difficult to adapt to the new requirements,production and education integration platform linkage is insufficient,put forward new ideas in order to explore the training mode of“innovation ability”,“practice ability”and“cooperation ability”of urban and rural planning professionals in the era,it is expected to cultivate talents more suitable for social needs and better serve the land and space planning.
