摘要
职业院校教师课程意识的培养具有促进课程重构及专业群建设、推广新型教学方式及促进专业研究型教师成长的重要价值。职业院校教师课程意识要通过同化和顺应两个过程逐步完善,要建设课程教研共同体,促进系统化的课程意识构建,逐步形成教师个性化“课程哲学”,提高教师课程意识的科学化以及规范化水平。同时,要积极重视和促进课程意识的动态发展。
The cultivation of course consciousness of teachers in vocational colleges is of critical value in facilitating course reconstruction as well as construction of professional clusters,popularizing new teaching modes and promoting the growth of professional research-oriented teachers.The course consciousness of teachers in vocational colleges should be gradually perfected through two processes,i.e.,assimilation and adaptation,set up a course teaching and research community,further the construction of systematic course consciousness,gradually form personalized“course philosophy”of teachers,and improve the scientization and standardization of teachers’course consciousness.At the same time,it is necessary to actively attach importance to and stimulate the dynamic development of course consciousness.
