R513A替代R134a应用于螺杆式冷水(热泵)机组的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为验证R513A替代R134a应用于螺杆式冷水(热泵)机组的可行性,结合R513A制冷剂特性进行机组设计及系统匹配,并对R513A机组和R134a机组性能进行对比试验研究。结果表明,在相同工况下,R513A螺杆式冷水机组制冷量比R134a机组高2.3%,性能系数COP比R134a机组约低3.2%,综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)下降3.52%;而对于R513A螺杆式地源热泵机组,制冷量及热泵制热量均略高于R134a机组,全年综合性能系数(ACOP)值近似相等。由此可见,R513A可以作为R134a的替代制冷剂应用于螺杆式冷水(热泵)机组。 In order to verify the feasibility of using R513A instead of R134a in screw water chilling(heat pump)packages,the unit design and system matching are carried out based on the characteristics of R513A refrigerant,and the performances of R513A unit and R134a unit are studied experimentally.The results show that under the same working condition,comparing R513A screw water chilling packages with the R134a unit,the cooling capacity is increased by 2.3%,the COP is lower by 3.2%,and the integrated part load value(IPLV)is dropped by 3.52%.For the R513A screw ground source heat pump unit,the cooling capacity and heating capacity of the R513A unit are slightly higher than those of the R134a unit,and the annual coefficient of performance(ACOP)is approximately equal.Overall,R513A can be used as an alternative refrigerant to R134a and applied to screw water chilling(heat pump)packages.
