基于逐时温度的冷水机组性能分析

摘要 提出冷水机组性能比较应以电冷源综合制冷性能系数(SCOP)为基础,并应在逐时温度工况下进行比较。以某定频风冷螺杆式冷水机组和水冷螺杆式冷水机组为例,计算冷水机组SCOP相等时的室外空气干湿球温度差,并基于广州地区典型年逐时气象数据对冷水机组性能进行分析。结果表明,部分负荷率越低,室外空气湿球温度越高,越有利于风冷式冷水机组获得优于水冷式冷水机组的SCOP,空调冷源方案可考虑采用水冷式冷水机组和风冷式冷水机组组合的型式。 The performance comparison of water chilling packages should be based on system coefficient of refrigeration performance(SCOP),and compared under hourly temperature conditions.Taking a certain fixed frequency air-cooled screw water chilling packages and water-cooled screw water chilling packages as an example,the difference of outdoor air dry and wet bulb temperature at the same SCOPof the water chilling packages is calculated,and the performance of water chilling packages is analyzed based on the typical annual hourly temperature in Guangzhou area.The results show that the lower part load ratio and the higher wet bulb temperature of outdoor air,will be helpful for the air-cooled water chilling packages to get better SCOPthan watercooled water chilling packages.Thus,the combination of water-cooled water chilling packages and air-cooled water chilling packages as cold-source scheme can be considered.
