从现有的SO_(3)磺化装置现状出发,结合现如今装置生产产品种类多样的特点,指出现有装置生产过程中切换目标产品时存在的问题,提出了3种合理可行的工程设计思路。提出的3种工程设计思路可以满足不同工况条件下的运行要求,为磺化装置工程设计提供参考。

Based on the current situation of the existing SO_(3) sulfonation plant,combined with the various types of products,some problems existing in the plant were pointed out,and three ideas of engineering design for the sulfonation plant were put forward.The three engineering designs could simultaneously meet the operating requirements under different operating conditions,so as to provide reference for the engineering design of a sulfonation plant.
