发酵对铁皮石斛活性成分的影响及其在化妆品中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 简要介绍了铁皮石斛及其主要的营养成分,重点综述了发酵对铁皮石斛活性成分的影响以及发酵后铁皮石斛护肤功效的变化;包括发酵后铁皮石斛多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸以及多酚含量的变化,同时比较了发酵前后铁皮石斛在抗衰老,维持皮肤微生态平衡及保湿方面的护肤作用。发酵后铁皮石斛的抗衰作用得到加强,维持皮肤微生态平衡的作用得以提升,同时保湿的效果也更加全面。最后列举了一些铁皮石斛在化妆品中应用的实例,提出了发酵铁皮石斛目前存在的主要问题和应用前景。 Dendrobium officinale and its main nutrients were briefly introduced.The effects of fermentation on the active components of Dendrobium officinale and the skin care effects of fermented Dendrobium officinale were reviewed.The changes of the contents of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides,protein,amino acids,fatty acids and polyphenols after fermentation were described.The skin care effects of Dendrobium officinale before and after fermentation were compared in anti-aging,maintaining skin microecological balance and moisturizing.The results showed that fermented Dendrobium candidum had better anti-aging effects,stronger effects of maintaining skin microecological balance and more comprehensive moisturizing effects.Finally,some examples of the application of Dendrobium candidum in cosmetics were listed,and the main problems and application prospects of fermented Dendrobium candidum were proposed.
