摘要 文章提出一种适用于无绳电梯应用领域的模块化细轭部磁通切换永磁直线(Modular thin yoke linear flux-switching permanent magnet,MTYLFSPM)电机并搭建其控制系统。该电机为双边结构,驱动电梯轿厢的初级动子包含永磁体和电枢绕组,而沿井道铺设的次级定子仅由导磁铁心构成。MTYLFSPM电机具有结构简单可靠、成本低、推力密度高等优点。文章对该电机的结构特性、工作原理以及极距比对性能的影响进行讨论。基于Simulink搭建MTYLFSPM电机模型、系统仿真模型并模拟电梯上下运行。制造了一台MTYLFSPM试验样机,进行了参数测量和模拟运行试验,试验结果与理论分析和仿真结果吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性和MTYLFSPM系统的可行性。 For ropeless elevator propulsion, a modular thin yoke linear flux-switching permanent magnet(MTYLFSPM) machine is proposed and its drive control system is built. The proposed machine is double-sided structure. The short primary mover consists of permanent magnets and armature windings, which can be installed in elevator car. The secondary stators are made of iron core and can be distributed along the hoist way. Hence, this MTYLFSPM machine possesses merits, such as simple and robust structure, low cost and high thrust force density. The structure, operation principle and the effects of pole pitch ratio are illustrated. Then, based on Simulink, the accurate machine model and drive control system are built for elevator operation simulation. Finally, a MTYLFSPM prototype is manufactured. The machine parameters are measured and elevator operation experiment is performed. The experimental results agree with the simulation results, validating the performance analysis and the feasibility of the MTYLFSPM machine system.
