导线滑移导致的NXJ型耐张线夹失效原因分析及结构性优化 被引量:1

摘要 NXJ型耐张线夹在配电网架空线路中应用颇广,但随着使用年限增长,线夹握力下降、绝缘导线松动滑移等问题严重影响配电系统的安全性,这可能导致严重的后果。针对NXJ-185型耐张线夹,利用有限元软件建立三维模型并进行静力学仿真,模拟该型线夹在实际使用中的应力分布情况。仿真结果表明,线夹楔块弧槽侧应力的过于集中是导致NXJ型耐张线夹失效的重要原因。在此基础上提出优化方案,利用有限元软件仿真发现,优化方案能有效解决应力过于集中的问题。 NXJ-type strain clamps are widely used in overhead lines of distribution networks, but with the increase of service life, the decline of wire grip force, loosening and slippage of insulated wire and other problems seriously affect the safety of distribution system, which may lead to serious consequences. Aiming at the NXJ-185-type strain clamp, the three-dimensional model is established by using the finite element software to simulate the stress distribution of the clamp in actual use in the static simulation, the failure causes are analysed, and the structural optimization scheme is put forward. The simulation results show that the non-uniform stress on the groove side of clamp wedge is the main reason for the failure of the NXJ-type strain clamp. On this basis, the optimization scheme is put forward, and the finite element software simulation development shows that the optimization scheme can effectively solve the problem of excessive stress concentration.
