三元联盟与联盟技术跨越——基于经验取样法的研究

Study to Ternary Alliance and Technological Leap Frogging:Evidence from Experience Sample Methods

为探讨三元联盟如何推动产业创新联盟的技术跨越,文章基于联盟创新理论,以江西省内的88家产业创新联盟为对象,开展了一项连续15周的经验取样调研,结果发现:三元联盟的牵制型关系网络联结具备较好的合作稳定性,能够实现“1+1>2”的协同创新效应,以优化联盟内“高校-企业”的交互渠道,提升技术转移效率,推动产业创新联盟的技术跨越;同时,若联盟现行的利益分配机制越合理,三元联盟对联盟技术跨越的推动作用越大。因此,建议相关企业要摒弃“仓促组建、多多益善”的协同创新理念,结合自身条件,择优选择创新合作方及合作形式;同时,企业还应构建科学合理的联盟利益分配机制,以优化组织间合作创新氛围,实现联盟技术跨越。

In order to explore how the ternary alliance can promote the technological leapfrogging of industrial innovation alliance,based on the theory of the alliance innovation,that takes 88 industrial innovation alliances in Jiangxi province as the object,and carries out an empirical sampling survey for 15 consecutive weeks.The results show that the containment network connection of ternary alliance have good cooperation stability,and can realize the collaborative innovation effect of"1+1>2",which can optimize the interaction channel between"the university and the enterprise"in the alliance,improving the efficiency of technology transfer,and promoting the technology leapfrogging of industrial innovation alliance;At the same time,if the current interest distribution mechanism of the alliance is more reasonable,the triple alliance will play a greater role in promoting the technological leapfrogging of the alliance.Therefore,it is suggested that the relevant enterprises should abandon the collaborative innovation concept of"hasty establishment,more benefits the better",and should choose the best innovation partners and cooperation forms according to their own conditions;In the meantime,the enterprises should also build a scientific and reasonable interest distribution mechanism to optimize the the atmosphere of inter organi-zational cooperation and innovation and realize the"original intention"of technological leapfrogging of alliance.
