民国时期大学教师管理制度演进:历程、逻辑与启示 被引量:1

摘要 民国时期,我国大学教师管理制度经历了形成期(1912—1926)、成熟期(1927—1937)和完善期(1938—1949)三个阶段。在这一演进历程中,呈现出坚持政府主导与大学自主的博弈、坚持校长统率与教师参与的统一、坚持移植他国与本土化创新结合的演进逻辑。探究民国时期大学教师管理制度的全貌,对健全和完善我国当前教师管理制度具有一定的借鉴意义:一是优化聘任制度,大力引进高层次人才;二是多方筹措资金,推动学术休假制度落地;三是明确薪酬战略,促进师资队伍有序流动。 During the period of the Republic of China, university teacher management system in China went through three stages: the formation period(1912-1926), the maturity period(1927-1937) and the perfection period(1938-1949). It presented the evolution logic of adhering to the game of government leading and university autonomy, the unity of president's leadership and teacher's participation, and the combination of transplanting from other countries and local innovation. Reviewing university teacher management system during the period of the Republic of China can provide practical significance for the improvement of China's current teacher management system. The construction of university teacher system in China should optimize the appointment system and focus on the introduction of high-level talents, raise funds in various ways and promote the implementation of academic leave system, clarify the salary strategy and promote the orderly flow of teachers.
