Talents Internationalization is of great significance to the internationalization of National High-Tech Industry Development Zone and enhancement of international competitiveness.Through the research of the Internationalization status of National High-Tech Industry Development Zone and analysis of the new problems and challenges that the National High-Tech Industry Development Zone faces in the new period,this paper raises the institutional supply and policy proposal to the overseas science and technology talents attraction of National High-Tech Industry Development Zone.
