如何强化拼多多与消费者之间的信任关系

How to Strengthen the Trust Relationship Between Pinduoduo and Consumers

摘要 目前拼多多发展中存在的主要问题,就是用户对网站的不信任。如何采取有效措施强化消费者对拼多多的信任是目前迫切需要解决的问题。本文假设四个因素:网站信息有用、网站易用、网站安全和感知乐趣对消费者信任有影响,构建了信任模型,通过SPSS软件进行实证分析,证明了四个假设,最后对强化拼多多与消费者的信任关系提出实践建议。
