摘要
随着我国出口集装箱的迅速发展,许多码头内的货运站业务逐步由港内向港外专业化的场站或者物流公司转移。港外的集装箱货运站开始出现场地使用紧张,车辆排长队的现象。本文通过对Z集装箱货运站的业务流程和预计到货计划进行研究,研究发现其卸货装箱运作管理中存在计划准确性低、灵活性差的问题,并就这些问题提出了优化预计到货计划、深化与货代企业合作、有效利用堆场信息数据的建议,促进港口物流企业发展,以期为客户提供更好的服务。
With the rapid development of China's export of containers,the business of many freight stations in terminals has gradually shifted from inside the port to specialized stations or logistics companies outside the port.Container freight stations outside the port began to experience tight space usage and long queues of vehicles.Based on the study of the business process and the expected arrival plan of Z container freight station,this paper fi nds that there are some problems in the operation management of unloading and packing,such as low accuracy and poor fl exibility of the plan,and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the expected arrival plan,deepening the cooperation with freight forwarders,and effectively using the yard information data,in order to promote the development of port logistics enterprises and provide customers with better services.
