为研究中资企业对菲律宾建筑领域投资策略,本文从中国在菲律宾直接投资的现状出发,运用SWOT分析法分析中资企业在菲律宾建筑领域直接投资的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和风险,得出中资企业对菲律宾建筑领域投资的可行性,并据此提出相应投资策略,为相关企业进入菲律宾建筑市场在理论上提供借鉴。

In order to study the investment strategy of Chinese enterprises in the construction sector in the Philippines,this article starts from the status quo of China’s direct investment in the Philippines,uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and risks of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in the construction fi eld of the Philippines,obtains the feasibility of Chinese enterprises'investment in the construction field of the Philippines,and puts forward corresponding investment strategies,which can provide theoretical reference for related enterprises to enter the Philippine construction market.
