“一带一路”背景下特色文化产业发展研究——以河北省为例

Research on the Development of Characteristic Cultural Industry under the Background of the Belt and Road——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

文化产业对经济的促进作用较为显著,“一带一路”倡议有效推动了我国经济与“一带一路”沿线国家经济的协同发展。河北省历史悠久、文化形式多样,有较丰富的文化资源。在“一带一路”背景下,河北省特色文化产业充分利用战略优势,获得了新的发展机遇。本文通过梳理河北省特色文化资源,分析当前河北省特色文化产业的困境、讨论未来的发展路径,希望为其他地区特色文化产业能更好“走出去”提供借鉴,为河北省与“一带一路”沿线国家进行文化交流提供理论支撑,推广特色文化产业提供理论依据,同时为深化乡村振兴战略提供一定的启示。

The promotion effect of the cultural industry on the economy is relatively signifi cant.The Belt and Road Initiative has effectively promoted the coordinated development of my country’s economy and the economies of the countries along the Belt and Road.Hebei Province has a long history,diverse cultural forms,and rich cultural resources.In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,Hebei's characteristic cultural industry has fully utilized its strategic advantages and has new development opportunities.By combing the characteristic cultural resources in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the predicament of the characteristic cultural industry in Hebei Province and discusses the future development path,hoping to provide reference for the characteristic cultural industry in other regions to better"go global",provide theoretical support for cultural exchanges between Hebei Province and countries along the the Belt and Road,provide theoretical basis for promoting the characteristic cultural industry,and provide some enlightenment for deepening the rural revitalization strategy.
