New strategy for preventing group B streptococcus early onset infection in neonates

摘要 B族溶血性链球菌(group B Streptococcus,GBS)是引起羊膜腔内感染和早发型新生儿感染的主要病原菌。由于围产期GBS感染死亡率高、危害大,自20世纪70年代以来西方国家对其预防和处理给予了高度重视。1996年美国疾病预防控制中心(centers for disease control and prevention,CDC)针对围产期GBS的防治制订了规范化方案[1]。
