棉纺织生产控制络筒工艺的研究

Study on the process of cotton textile production control winding

文章对络筒工艺的主要影响因素进行分析,发现在棉纺织生产控制中,络筒工艺参数以控制络筒速度、导纱距离、张力和卷绕密度为主,参数分别为2000~2500 r/min、8~10 cm、0.6~1.1 cN/tex和0.36~0.50 g/cm^(3)。解决络筒生产中存在的主要问题,如张力大小不一和卷绕密度不匀称,目的是耐磨保伸。

Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors of the winding process,it is found that the parameters of the winding process in cotton textile production control are the winding speed,yarn guide distance,tension and winding density.The parameters are 2000—2500 r/min,8—10 cm,0.6—1.1 cN/tex and 0.36—0.50 g/cm^(3).To solve the main problems in winding production,such as different tension and uneven winding density,the purpose is to wear and stretch.
