Application of Zhuang brocade traditional pattern in graphic design:taking octagonal pattern as an example

壮锦作为非物质文化遗产,不仅是一个民族传统手工技艺的精彩呈现,其传统图案更体现着独特的民族文化内涵。因此,对于这一民族文化遗产的再设计、再挖掘也亟待探索。文章对壮锦传统图案在平面设计中的应用进行探索,以提取传统壮锦图案八角纹样的再设计为例,探索在平面设计中应用的创新性与民族性。

As an intangible cultural heritage,Zhuang brocade is a wonderful presentation of a nation’s traditional handicraft skills,and its traditional pattern also embodies the unique connotation of national culture.Therefore,the re-design and re-excavation of this national cultural heritage also need to be explored.This paper explores the application of traditional pattern of Zhuang brocade in graphic design,and takes the re-design of octagonal pattern of traditional pattern of Zhuang brocade as an example to explore its innovation and nationality of application in graphic design.
