“专业链接、课程融合、实训进阶、师资互通”专业链建设的探索与实践——以柯桥区中职纺织专业链为例

Exploration and practice of professional chain construction of“professional link,curriculum integration,advanced training and intercommunication of teachers”:taking Keqiao District textile professional chain as an example

基于“专业群”跃升为“专业链”建设的创新思路,以专业链接、课程融合、实训进阶、师资互通和产教融合5个维度为切入点,实践探索了一整套包括专业结构、融合课程、实训环境和师资团队的专业建设思路、方法和途径,实现中职技能人才培养由“单一技能”到“复合技能”的蜕变。

Based on the innovative thinking of“professional group”jumping into“professional chain”professional construction,this paper explores a whole set of professional construction ideas,methods and approaches including professional structure,integrated curriculum,practical training environment and teachers’team from five dimensions:professional link,curriculum integration,advanced training,intercommunication of teachers and integration of industry and education,in order to realize the transformation from“single skill”to“compound skill”in the training of vocational skill talents.
