The National Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the National Pipeline Network Company)was officially established in Beijing on December 9th,2019,marking a key step in deepening the reform of the oil and gas system.It is of great significance and far-reaching impact to improve the efficiency of oil and gas resource allocation,promote the high-quality development of the oil and gas industry,and ensure national energy security.As an important part of infrastructure and the offshore import channel,the fair opening of LNG receiving terminals plays a significant role in promoting the diversification of upstream subjects.This article discusses some problems that may exist in the transition from the establishment of the National Pipeline Network Company to complete marketisation.
