摘要
目的探讨miR-122和miR-144-3p在肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法使用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测46例肾细胞癌患者癌组织与癌旁组织中miR-122和miR-144-3p的表达情况,比较二者在癌组织与癌旁组织中的差异。以肾细胞癌组织中miR-122、miR-144-3p的表达水平平均值作为分界,将46例患者分为miR-122低表达和miR-122高表达、miR-144-3p低表达和miR-144-3p高表达,并分析不同年龄、性别、临床病理特征患者中miR-122和miR-144-3p的表达情况。结果miR-122和miR-144-3p在肾细胞癌患者癌组织中的相对表达水平均明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、性别患者miR-122、miR-144-3p低表达百分率分别与miR-122、miR-144-3p高表达百分率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同TNM分期、临床分期患者miR-122、miR-144-3p低表达百分率分别与miR-122、miR-144-3p高表达百分率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论miR-122和miR-144-3p在不同TNM分期、临床分期的肾细胞癌患者中表达存在差异,可能在肾细胞癌发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-122 and miR-144-3p in renal cell carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expression changes of miR-122 and miR-144-3p in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissue of 46 patients with renal cell carcinoma were detected by real-time quantitative PCR technique,and the differences on these two indicators in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were compared.The mean expression levels of miR-122 and miR-144-3p in renal cell carcinoma tissues were used as the dividing line.All 46 patients were divided into low expression level of miR-122 and high expression level of miR-122,low expression level of miR-144-3p and high expression level of miR-144-3p,and the expression status of miR-122 and miR-144-3p in patients with different ages,genders,clinic and pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results The relative expression levels of miR-122 and miR-144-3p in cancer tissues of patients with renal cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in para-carcinoma tissue(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the low expression percentage of miR-122,miR-144-3p and the high expression percentage of miR-122,miR-144-3p in patients with different ages and genders(P>0.05).The low expression percentage of miR-122 and miR-144-3p had statistically significant different with the high expression percentage of miR-122 and miR-144-3p respectively in patients with different TNM stages and clinical stages(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of miR-122 and miR-144-3p are different in patients with renal cell carcinoma with different TNM stages and clinical stages,which might play an important role in the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma.
