摘要 特殊教育师资培养是推进新时代特殊教育事业发展的先导性工作。当前我国特殊教育师资培养面临的主要挑战体现在:特殊教育教师数量严重不足;特殊教育师资培养类型单一;高层次特殊教育师资匮乏;融合教育教师培养缺位。对特殊教育师资培养建议包括:进一步扩大培养规模、拓展培养途径;创新特殊教育师资培养模式,探索培养复合型特殊教育教师的有效途径;加大特殊教育专业硕士、博士研究生培养力度,提高师资培养层次与质量;全面推进融合教育师资培养,整体提高普通师范生融合教育素养。 Preparation of special education teachers is a fundamental and strategic prerequisite to the development of special education in the new era.This article analyzes the main challenges presented to the training of teachers of special education in China.The first is the overall lack of teachers of special education.The second is the lack of variety in teachers’capabilities.The third is the lack of teachers qualified in higher education.The last is the lack of teachers for inclusive education.The suggestions for the training of special education teachers include:further increase number of special education programs in universities;innovate and explore training models for efficient training of multi-qualified teachers;increase emphasis on masters and PhD programs of special education to improve overall variety and quality of the teachers;promote training for inclusive education to improve teacher’s capability.
