建党百年来我国思想政治工作任务的历史演进及经验探析

中国共产党思想政治工作任务的发展变迁与思想政治教育的历史密切呼应,也与中国共产党百年发展历史紧密相关。党的思想政治工作发展的历史阶段划分与中国共产党领导中国人民进行革命、建设、改革以及新时代这四个重大历史阶段基本一致。建党百年来,思想政治工作的任务随着党的中心任务和社会现实的变化而变化,但始终以宣传马克思主义理论为要务,以服务特定时期内党的中心工作为主责,以培育自由全面发展的人才为目标。考察中国共产党建党百年进程中思想政治工作任务的历史演进及经验,对促进新时代思想政治工作发展具有重要的启示作用。

The development and change of the ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China is closely related to the history of ideological and political education as well as the century-old development history of the Communist Party of China.The division of the historical stages of the development of the Party’s ideological and political work is basically consistent with the four major historical stages of the CPC leading the Chinese people in Revolution,construction,reform and the new era.In the 100 years since the founding of the party,the tasks of ideological and political work have changed along with the changes in the party’s central task and social reality,but they have always taken the promotion of Marxist theory as the main task and taken the service of the party’central work in a specific period as the main responsibility,to cultivate free and all-round development of talent as the goal.The historical evolution and experience of the task of ideological and political work in the 100-year construction of the Communist Party of China is of great significance to the development of ideological and political work in the new era.
