眼镜检验智能化业务系统

摘要 传统的眼镜检验须人工将各项检验数据及计算结果与眼镜参数标称值比较,并查表与合格界限比较,以判断是否合格,信息处理量大,容易产生差错。本文用WPS工作簿强大功能将以上过程智能整合,并附加了样品受理、样品拍照、原始记录及报告生成、打印等功能,形成完整的智能化业务系统,节省大量人力,减少报告质量差错,适合各检验机构使用。 The traditional glasses inspection requires that people compare the inspection and calculation data with claimed parameters to make sure whether the values meet the requirements or not.However,the traditional way requires large amount of processing information,which is prone to make mistakes.This paper illustrates how the process could be intelligently integrated through the powerful WPS workbook.Additionally,sample reception,sample picturing,original record,report generation and printing could be integrated to form a complete and intelligent operation system.This process can save time and labor costs,reduce reporting error,and it is also suitable for related inspection institutions.
