摘要
针对某卡车加速行驶车外噪声超过国标限值的问题,采集一个评价点的噪声信号,根据加速行驶车外噪声试验过程,分析了声压级曲线、colormap云图和时间切片,判断出变速箱为主要来源。基于此,论文提出了单点分析流程方法。变速箱近场噪声振动频率特征分析和覆盖法分析证明了以上分析和结论。对于主要噪声来源的变速箱适当降低了速比、并提高了齿轮重合度,噪声下降了3.3dB(A),满足了国标限值的要求。文章分析方法对于工程上汽车加速行驶车外噪声的诊断与改进有一定的参考意义。
In view of the problem that a truck exterior accelerating pass-by noise exceeds the national standard limit,according to the test process,one point of the noise signal of the evaluation point is collected,and that the gearbox is the main noise source can be analyzed and determined according to the sound pressure level curve,colormap and time slice curve.Based on this,the single point analysis process method is proposed.The above conclusion is proved not only by the frequency characteristics of gearbox near-field noise and vibration but also by the covering method.According to the test and analysis results,the gearbox speed ratio is properly reduced,and gear coincidence is increased,the noise is reduced by 3.3dB(A),which meets the requirement of the national standard limit.The analysis method in this paper has certain reference significance for the diagnosis and improvement of the vehicle pass-by accelerating noise in engineering.
