焊装生产线故障率下降实践探索

摘要 焊装生产线由于设备数量多,复杂程度高,历来是汽车制造企业故障率较高的生产线。文章尝试探索技术与管理相结合,通过开展故障管理[1]、推进全员生产维护[2]、开展技能培训、开展标准化作业、组织全员参与改善课题等活动,使得焊装线故障停线时间出现明显下降,达到故障率下降的目的,降低生产成本,对焊装线设备管理工作有一定参考意义。 Welding production line has always been a production line with high failure rate in automobile manufacturing enterprises because of its large number of equipment and high complexity.This paper attempts to explore the combination of technology and management,through fault management,promote the production and maintenance of the whole staff,carry out standardized operations,organize the whole staff to participate in the improvement of the project and other activities,so that the fault shutdown time of welding line is obviously reduced,the failure rate is reduced,and the cost of production,which has certain reference significance for the equipment management of welding line.
