摘要
信号素(Sema)最初被定义为轴突导向信号,调节神经系统发育。Sema家族在免疫应答、血管发育及肿瘤发生发展等过程中发挥重要作用。Sema4A主要表达于免疫细胞,被称为“免疫信号素”。Sema4A与其受体相互作用在免疫细胞功能调节及自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤发生发展中扮演重要角色。本文就Sema4A及其受体的免疫调节功能及其在自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤中作用的最新研究进展进行综述。
Semaphorins(Sema)were originally defined as axon-directed signals that regulate development of nervous system.Sema family plays an important role in immune response,angiogenesis and tumorigenesis and development.Sema4A mainly expressed in immune cells.Interaction between Sema4A and its receptors plays an important role in function regulating of immune cells and in pathogenesis and progressions of autoimmune diseases and tumors.This article reviews recent advances in immunoregulatory function of Sema4A and its receptors and their roles in autoimmune diseases and tumors.
